About the Author

Following a successful sales and marketing career spanning 20 years at blue-chip companies including IBM, UBS, Baker Tilly and IG Index, Chris Graham entered the real estate sector as Group Marketing Director at Hamptons International. In 2008 he founded Graham Associates, a London based marketing consultancy specialising in global residential real estate and resort developments.

Many of the projects Chris has worked on around the world over the past two decades have involved a branded residential component, highlighting first-hand the multi-faceted benefits driving the sector. In 2015, he was inspired to research and write “Branded Residences: An Overview”, the first in-depth study of the sector which today, in its 5th edition, remains the industry’s #1 report.
