WHO IS THE ANDO COMMUNITY?
Promads; The Progressive Nomads (Promads) are modern travelers, who works and lives transiently, experiencing new cultures and places whilst earning a living through work completed virtually. Travel whether for work or pure pleasure has taken on a new form. We work, we travel, yet wherever we go, we live. In search of heartfelt genuine experiences in new cities, soaking up the juices of local specialties in crowded local bars, off the beaten track of the traditional tourist. The Promad searches for real life moments, to live and feel at home.
WHAT MAKES ANDO LIVING EXCEPTIONAL?
Ando offer neighborhood living for the modern traveler, with Clubs, Houses and Flats located in the heart of the most lively, culturally significant areas of international cities and in the best retreat destinations close by.
Ando Living has currently 6 clubs and 12 houses in Lisbon, Alentejo, Comporta/Melides and Istanbul, either operating or under development. Ando Living is now expanding in the Mediterranean (Portugal, Turkey, Spain, Greece) and major international cities like Dubai, London, Berlin and Paris.
With Ando Living, you’ll step right into the heart of the local culture from the ease of your doorstep. Fully equipped with the modern amenities of a luxury hotel, yet the comfort and privacy of your own personal home space. Club locations on your doorstep to live ‘locally’, unwind, exercise and host. You will no-longer feel like a constant ‘visitor’.
Clubs are the heart of Ando Living. They connect residents to the locals ALIKE and to the neighborhood. Residents can enjoy the facilities of the Club, where they gain exclusive access to the restaurant, bar, café, concept store, cool working spaces, rentable living rooms, gym, pool and SPAs in retreat locations. It is where residents are offered exquisite hospitality.
Houses are stand-alone residence buildings centrally located with apartments designed and managed by Ando Living. The guests who stay in the Houses are entitled to free access to the facilities of the Clubs, usually at a walking distance. They can spend their days in the Clubs, where the swimming pool, garden, and gym are located.
Flats are curated by third parties but managed by Ando Living. Scattered around the city, they may be comprised of entire buildings or individual apartments, but all special and centrally located. The residents of flats are also entitled to free access to the facilities of the Clubs, usually at a walking distance.
WHO IS BEHIND ANDO LIVING?
OptylonKrea, the group behind Ando Living brand is Pan-Mediterranean real estate development and investment management, created as the result of a partnership between the founding partners of Optylon Group (Portugal) and of the Istanbul-based Krea Real Estate in 2019.
The partners’ combined track record of €1.8 Billion investment is the result of 38 judicious investments taking place in 8 different cities throughout Portugal, Turkey and Romania.
Optylon Krea, in addition to Ando Living branded apartments, already manages over 800 non branded apartments in Portugal through its subsidiary Lovelystay.
